Spec-Kit Feature Requirements

This document defines all requirements for tracking spec-kit functionality within the canary system. Each requirement represents a distinct feature or capability that should be tracked with CANARY tokens.

Core Workflow Commands (REQ-SK-100 Series)

REQ-SK-101: Constitution Command

REQ-SK-102: Specify Command

Feature: /speckit.specify command implementation Aspect: CLI Description: Define what to build through structured requirements and user stories. Focuses on WHAT and WHY, not HOW.

REQ-SK-106: Implement Command
